DAIRY DAIRY YORKSHIRE PUDDING CUPS

INGREDIENTS
- 3 eggs, room temperature
- ⅓ cup Dairy Dairy Full Cream Powdered Milk
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup flour
- 3 tablespoons oil
- Filling of choice : hummus, chicken salad or buljol
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Pour the oil, about ¼ teaspoon, into a mini-muffin tin with 24 cups.
- In a medium-bowl whisk, flour, eggs, Dairy Dairy Full Cream Powdered Milk and water until combined.
- Place oiled muffin tin into the preheated oven for 5 minutes.
- Remove the tin from the oven and pour the batter into each cup about ¾ way full. Return the pan to the oven and reduce heat to 350°F. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or, until fully risen and golden-brown.
- Allow to cool 5 minutes and remove the puddings from the tins.
- Fill with desired filling. Serve and enjoy!
