Make Light And Airy Yorkshire Pudding Cups For A Quick Snack

DAIRY DAIRY YORKSHIRE PUDDING CUPS

Yields: 6 Servings

Cook Time: 25 mins

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 eggs, room temperature 
  • ⅓ cup Dairy Dairy Full Cream Powdered Milk 
  • 1 cup water  
  • 1 cup flour  
  • 3 tablespoons oil   
  • Filling of choice : hummus, chicken salad or buljol
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Pour the oil, about ¼ teaspoon, into a mini-muffin tin with 24 cups.
  2. In a medium-bowl whisk, flour, eggs, Dairy Dairy Full Cream Powdered Milk and water until combined.
  3. Place oiled muffin tin into the preheated oven for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove the tin from the oven and pour the batter into each cup about ¾ way full. Return the pan to the oven and reduce heat to 350°F. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or, until fully risen and golden-brown.
  5. Allow to cool 5 minutes and remove the puddings from the tins.
  6. Fill with desired filling. Serve and enjoy!
