Boozy Ponche de Crème Is The Perfect Christmas Drink
This is a classic ponche de crème recipe. Creamy, blended eggs and thick evaporated milk make this drink the only dessert and boozy drink you need this season. Finish off the drink with a dusting of nutmeg for an added kick of spice.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 750 millilitre-bottle white rum
- 6 eggs
- 3 12-ounce tins
- evaporated milk
- 2 395-gram tins condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon nutmeg
- 1 lime
- 3 teaspoons Angostura bitters
DIRECTIONS
- In a blender, blend eggs until frothy. While blending, add the juice of 1 lime.
- Add blended eggs and lime juice to a large pot. Then, add milks, nutmeg, bitters and rum. Then, swizzle with a swizzle stick.
- Chill and serve over ice.
